These starters set the perfect tone, teasing the palate for the robust, smoky flavors of the kabobs to follow.

The experience is rounded out by thoughtful touches such as Persian hot tea and Doogh—a refreshing yogurt drink infused with mint and club soda—that beautifully complement the rich flavors. Kasra’s dedication to quality is evident not only in the food but also in its welcoming, attentive staff, ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for.

Always great service at this spot! Also my favorite Persian restaurant, I love the atmosphere and the interior design. Even the bathroom is cute! As for food, I love getting the eggplant appetizer and the ground kabob. I also love the dill rice. I also love the greens with cheese and onions and bread as appetizers on the house, it’s my favorite!
The chicken kabob was cooked well, but it could have been marinated better. The beef koobideh was also good. Overall, considering the quality of the food and the price you pay, you’ll be satisfied. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
Food: The food was delicious! The beef kabob was magnificent. It had a beautiful color and taste and had a smoky flavor. The filet mignon was very juicy and tender and had a sparking color on the inside. The chicken was also fabulous with a good texture paired with the aroma of grilled tomatoes. The hummus and bread were amazing. The white rice was fine, though the cranberry rice was not as delighting as the others. The complementary salad with feta cheese was charming. Service: The service was also ok. The front clerk was not the nicest and groaned at us for requesting a table. Though our server was completely opposite and was as kind as can be. He came to our table multiple times to check if we needed more stuff. He gave us time to decide what we wanted to eat. And he gave us extra salad. Atmosphere: This was THE best out of all three factors. It was very modern with comfortable seats and clean tables. The lighting was perfect. The bathroom was extravagant. Blue marble floor to ceiling with luxurious sinks, mirrors, and stalls. Overall amazing.
Absolutely delicious!! We got the redfish which was fresh and cooked perfectly. The lamb chops were melt in your mouth.
One of the BEST places in Houston. Food was amazing, appetizers are wonderful, don't miss it. Staff specifically Sumaia is great, she assisted us and her recommendations were exactly. We were 4, and family platter was more than enough. If i visited Houston later, definitely i will come back again.
Took slightly longer for the meal to arrive but the wait was worth it. The lamb, rice and chops were delicious. The server was very courteous and kind. The choice of dessert was minimal and the ice cream was much to be desired, thats why the four stars.
We were in Houston for a family holiday trip and were looking for some delicious Persian food. Some friends suggested Kasra as one of the best options in Houston. We were lucky to get a reservation within a few hours window as this place is a favorite spot. We ordered multiple grill kabab platters with breads and throughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and kababs were freshly made and mouthwatering. We loved the service and food offered by Kasra and went hime 200% satisfied. If we are in Houston again, Kasra will always be my first choice when it cones to persian food.
